Chef Boyan Trgovcevic

Growing up on a self-sustaining family farm in Serbia, Chef Boyan learned organic farming practice, and how to make healhtiest foods from scratch, from his grandparents. His grandma Desa taught him everything she knew about raising cows, goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys, rabbits and pigs. How to make butter, feta cheese, and bake fresh breads daily. She tended to her organic garden that produced a wide verity of vegetables and fruits. Her organic strawberries would carry amazing scent one could smell two hundred yards away, after a brisk rain. Grandma Desa was an amazing Herbalist. Her passion for using herbs and roots to naturally heal her neighbors, was ingrained in young Bojan's mind from an early age. To attest to her healthy clean living, grandma Desa is celebrating 82nd birthday this year. Grandpa Mića, was teaching young Bojan to dispatch, and clean the animals with his own hands. To make plum and peach brandy each year. As well as smoking, preserving, pickling, and fermenting fruits, veggies, and meats.
Grandma Rose in the Capital city of Belgrade, was an amazing cook as well. She taught him how to make soups, stews, braises, roulades, and pasta dishes all made from scratch. Most importantly she taught him the love of family and food. He moved to Los Angeles, California in 1989 to live with his mother Verica. At age 16 he started his first position as a cook in a restaurant career that eventually numbered 42 Restaurants and 25 years of experience.
Today, Bojan Trgovcevic is an accomplished Chef, Father, Activist and Entrepreneur. As an Activist and Organizer, he serves in our community as President of March Against Monsanto Atlanta. An organization fighting to label GMO's in our foods World wide. Also as President of Niki's Organic Foods LLC. He's working on a company that will feed our children Organic and GMO-free foods as a meal delivery company. And as President of Le Baby Bistro LLC. as a Organic meal delivery for babies and toddlers. Finally as President of Holistic Chefs of America LLC. Chef Boyan is partnering with the medical community to use holistic approach in order to help treat their clients, who are suffering from ailments and diseases caused by poor diets, GMO's, and the restaurant industry. Over the years Chef Boyan became an expert on Organic foods, GMO's and how to avoid them, with multiple speaking engagements on local Atlanta radio WRFG 89.3fm. Ms. Judy Hannon is originally from Rhode Island resettling in Atlanta with her family in 1990. After 37 years working in Corporate America and running her own businesses, she transformed her life goals earning a Masters of Arts in Teaching, Secondary duration to teach and serve inner city students in Grove Park, where she lives. She is as enthusiastic about cooking healthy holistic organic foods, as she is about fitness. Her approach is to satisfy HCA clients hunger for Southern Flavors and foods with local Georgian influence. In her spare time, she loves to take care of her grandsons, children, and dogs, Roscco and Grace.
